John McCain’s appointment of Alaska Governor Sarah Palin definitely gave someone a bump in the latest polls… too bad it wasn’t the GOP. According to the latest Gallup Poll, Barack Obama’s approval rating among likely voters has reached 50 percent over Republican candidate John McCain. That little bump happened as McCain announced Palin as his running mate on Friday…Here’s the graph from Gallup
