The Urbanesse Readers:
While our average reader is savvy enough to know she should be saving for a down payment on a home, she lives in a zip code that makes that dream damn near impossible. She’s a teacher, a junior partner at a law firm, an artist. She’s funny, adventurous, and subversive. She hates herself every time she takes a peak at Perez, just as much as when she knows she doesn’t feel like reading Ms. when it arrives in her mailbox. She’s a smart woman who knows her Kinsey from her Curie from her Kahlo.

Wanna write for us? Here are the guidelines…

2. Your simple pitch — nothing too lengthy, just straight and to-the-point — will indicate what you want to write about, why it’s important to our readers, and a little bit about who you are.
3. Here are our topics: Style; Money & Work; Entertainment; News Features; Health; Relationships.
4. Wanna be super helpful? We’re looking for columnists & arts reviewers… people with interesting view points and a maybe a press pass, would be preferable.
